On-demand

More and more organizations are looking to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. The list of motives for doing so is ever-growing. From being the hot new thing among HR departments with enviable budgets, a DE&I strategy is now increasingly being an expected must-have by boards, customers, investors, candidates, and employees.

Ennova and Diversity Factor are pleased to host a 1-hour webinar where, inspired by the Golden Circle, we will guide you through the work of DE&I going through both why, how, and what.

We are also pleased to be joined by Sara Lynge Skovhede, ED&I Leader in IKEA Denmark, who leads their DE&I agenda and is constantly showing that it actually can be done in simple ways.

In this 1-hour webinar we will cover:

  • The basics of what DE&I is and why matters.
  • How data can help to set DE&I targets and priorities.
  • How to get started with DE&I without overcomplicating it.
  • What a year 1 DE&I roadmap could look like.
  • How IKEA is creating pride and impact, taking diversity beyond gender balance end enabling inclusive leadership.

The webinar is hosted by Head of People Insights in Ennova, Morten Hartvig Berg and CEO of Diversity Factor, Helene Aagaard. Both have many years’ experience on how to measure, analyze and implement DE&I strategies in organizations.
