to try something out
is pretty important.

What new technology is available,
and what do other companies do?
We recently went on an innovation field trip,
where we visited a lot of different companies
And one of our learnings from this was this mind-set of
having the courage to quickly reach the interaction
between the end-user and your product.
To instantly produce prototypes
and test them with the end-users
Does this actually meet their expectations?
And it is okay to fail in that sense that
you quickly learn from these mistakes,
and quickly adjust and investigate what to do instead.
This requires leaders who dare to unleash
the enterprise among their employees.
