it's about purpose it's about how we
incorporate a drive engagement for
employees first of all there is business
value in it so having a purpose having
an engaged employees will drive business
results and we believe in that secondly
it drives engagement so it's more fun to
be in a workplace where actually people
and employees have a greater purpose and
are proud about their company and
thirdly it's not that easy it's easy to
formulate but really ensuring how you
put it down to the daily life of the
employees that's where the magic happens
and that's where you you need to work
hard to make it work first of all you
need to believe it you need to believe
it from top management but sometimes you
actually see it in the daily life of our
employees a few months back we we
launched what we call the snapback in
Carlsberg and it's a great new
innovation where actually we we removed
plastic from our packaging or now six
pack beers and we're gonna launch that
next year in cal's burg denmark and it's
actually gonna save around 65 million
plastic bags per year so 65 million
plastic bags will not come back into
nature that's a great achievement and we
have monthly beer crate meetings in
Carlsberg and we actually showed that
innovation to our employees and I'm
quite sure that I could really feel
people coming back from that beer crate
meeting and just being more productive
just being more engaged just being a
little bit more proud of working for
Carlsberg and obviously that will
reflects in to our results
